Opposition Movement for Multi-Party Democracy (MMD) Petauke Member Of Parliament Dora Siliya raised her middle finger in parliament in protest over the lifting of embattled former republican President Rupiah Banda’s immunity.

In Zambian tradition and world over, it is an insult to raise a ‘middle finger’ to any person.

I am personally not surprised that Dora raised her finger in parliament. Thats the real character of Dora.”Efyo afililwa no kusunga icupo”. She was giving the full description of herself. Shame!Useless thing! Twaleka pantu kutitwabapontela sana. Malabishi!

it is very unfortunate that this came from an mp. let dora learn to control her emotions. you have work under very trying situations. but let us not fight fire with fire, lets learn to tame our tongues and actions.
