Former Republican President Rupiah Banda has made his second appearance at the Government Joint Investigations Team (GJIT) for questioning.
Mr. Banda who arrived at the DEC offices at around 9:45 hours is being interrogated over alleged corruption activities.
The former head of state is in the company of his lawyer, Sakwiba Sikota.
Mr. Banda’s son, Andrew was also spotted entering the DEC offices.
Earlier, MMD vice president for administration Brian Chituwo and MMD National chairman Kabinga Pande made a short appearance at the offices before leaving.
Meanwhile, former MMD Lusaka province chairman, William Banda, who was in the company of some MMD members, became confrontational with the police after being barred from the premises.
