Hubby Kills Wife, Bolts

Dainess Zulu, 25, a mother of two, has been killed allegedly by her husband, Sam Mulaisho, in Lusakaís Foxdale in yet another despicable case of domestic violence.
She leaves behind children aged 5 and 3 and her husband is on the run.
In a morbid incident, her raging husband stripped her and battered her in full view of on-lookers on Sunday night.
The cause of the fight is still unknown but the Daily Mail can reveal that the couple had been living together for two years and Zuluís children are from an earlier marriage.
Mulaisho, 25, is reported to have equally assaulted four neighbours who tried to stop him.
Police spokesperson Elizabeth Kanjela confirmed that police officers picked up the body of Ms Zulu in an unfinished structure in Meanwood area, a short distance from Foxdale.
Ms Kanjela said Zuluís face was swollen and her body had bruises.
A Daily Mail team that visited the funeral house last evening was told by eyewitness Anthony Mpande that Mulaisho woke him up around 04:00 hours and asked for a bucket of cold water so that he could pour on his wife, who had collapsed.
Mr Mpande said Mulaisho later put his wife on his back with just a cloth wrapped around her body and took her to the unfinished house. He then went looking for transport to take her to hospital.
“I think he realised that she had died so he never showed up and thatís how we called the police,” he said.
And narrating the ordeal, Zulu’s aunts, Mary Longwe and Ruth Siazulu, said Mulaisho actually burnt her thighs in an apparent attempt to resuscitate her.
“We found burns on her thighs and she was naked. Just imagine the cruelty of this man,î said Ms Longwe, holding back tears.
Ms Siazulu has since demanded that justice be meted on Mulaisho.
“We want this man to be jailed for taking the life of our beloved child,” she cried.
Ms Siazulu said the marriage of her niece had always been marred by violence and she believes the murder was premeditated.
“Everyone in this township knew that he had vowed to kill either her or any of her two children because his biological son died in February,” she said.
Ms Siazulu has also appealed to government to set up a police post saying there is too much lawlessness in the area.
“Imagine he first started beating her in full view of people and those who tried to intervene were equally beaten. We need a police post here,” she said.

But why do people continue in violent marriages? Aslo, why do families allow their children in such marriages if they are aware of the violence?

Zambian marriages, if he does not beat you then he cheats on you, You can not even envy. Too bad for the lady, she really suffered a cruel death.
