Another Mobile Phone Service Provider

Dear editor,

With the poor services that we have been subjected to by MTN, AIRTEL and ZAMTEL, I would like to join the Zambians that are asking for the authorisation of the fourth mobile phone operator in order to meet the high demand.
The high number of subscribers cannot be accommodate by the three mobile service provider, hence the poor services and congestion most of the time.
I would like to advise the three companies to give us the services we deserve because we pay for them and there is no way we can be struggling to access internet signals when we are in need of it.
We fail to make calls at times the signal fails to connect due to poor services.
Whoever is in charge of bringing on board the fourth mobile phone provider must quickly do so, the services are pathetic and disturbing. There is need to decongest the the three companies for us to enjoy good services.

Your posts are horrible to read. I’m sure your message is worth reading but text speak is out of place on a forum like this.

Welcome VODACOM! Imagine, travelling from cape town to Mombasa. You have to change yo sim card only between L/stone & Tunduma. Even the yo GPS is skewed. Airtel/MTN! Mulimbe!

i had to go and make a lot of noise last time i went to do a sim replacement at airtel.fools charged me kr5 for a new sim but could not activate it it took two weeks of following up from kafue to arcades cz thats where the ****** customer care representatives kept refering me.they even cut u off the help line.it was after i demanded my hard earned 5pin that i finaly got the sim activated.

As for me i made a decision never to use air tel, their services are horrible and their customer care is even worse.
They should understand that Its immoral to take money from people knowing that your product or service does not offer customer satisfaction.
A company that does not offer value for money is stealing. They treat us like this because they think we can not do without them…. Hope a new player will enter the market soon.

MTN IS NOT BADLY RATED. 4TH MOBILE IS WELCOME BUT WILL NOT BE THE SOLUTION TO COMPLAINTS.
