Stop Castigating Ministers In Public – Fr Bwalya

Alliance for Better Zambia (ABZ) president Fr. Frank Bwalya says President Michael Sata should not get annoyed with his Minister over their conduct but should instead pay attention to serious issues affecting the nation.

Fr. Bwalya has also stated that there is need for President Sata to stop castigating government Ministers in public.

Fr. Bwalya explains that the president should not forget that ministers and all government officials are there to serve the Zambia people.

He adds that all ministers deserve respect and kind treatment even when they go wrong.

The ABZ leader has since called on President Sata to be a caring and inspiring leader to those in government and the future generation

Frank you might be making sense but your heart is full of envy, maliciousness and deceit. In short your statement is paradoxical you may mean it or not. You think you can be president in 2016 but i doubt with about 300%. 2016 is too short period for you to be baked may be 2026.

If he doesnt control them how is he going to serve the nation, because they are the vehicle he uses to do that? Father bwalya should concentrate on his campaigns so that he can form goverment and have his own ministers to shout at.

Just as a parent runs a home & a child goes wrong the father will discipline that child at home because that’s his or her place. Now when a public servant like minister equally goes wrong it should take his superior “president” to descipline him in public because that’s his place & was appointed to serve the public.

Awee ba Bwalya why are you worried about how someone else leads his party? If he castigates ministers in public thats his own Ndaba. If he does something wrong thats good for you so that you can exploit that weakness. Limbi tamwaishiba politics. Just capitalise on it.

THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME PROVERBS WITH THEIR MEANINGS TALKING ABOUT A LEADER
AND I HOPE IT WILL MAKE SENSE TO SOMEONE OUT THERE:
    1. A leopard doesn’t eat fish,
    • A leader doesn’t concentrate on small issues.
    2. A slippery ground doesn’t make a chicken slip,
    • A chief must know how to handle problems.
    3. One can’t catch a hippopotamus with a hook,
    • One can’t ruin an important man with a lawsuit.
    4. If you share a plate of beans with a baby, you will eat dust,
    • Familiarity breeds contempt.
    5. He who may put an egg in a bottle may also remove it out,
    • A leader easily rejects his beloved one / his trustee.
    6. To link one thousand pieces of wood, one bark is enough
    • One honest chief is enough to lead a big crowd.
    7. Even in a large river, frogs are found,
    • Even a chief brings troubles sometimes.
    8. The moon shines well but some places are still in darkness
    • A good leader still has enemies, no way to please everybody
    14. An animal with a long tail can’t jump well
    • The chief passes hard moments sometimes
    9. A woman of twin-babies must always sleep on her back
    • A chief must be impartial; he must care for everybody.

Bwalya has missed a chance to learn from the veteran Sata! Every leader has his own style and Bwalya should come up with his style instead of criticising. If he thinks that church shit will work in public, then he is in for a surprise! He has created a party with nothing to offer to the people except to criticise the president on trivial issues. He should contest for a place in one of the up-coming by- elections to test the water.Talking is cheap, he should contest and see if he has any support.

The castigator perceives himself as a King over all and gets pleasure in putting ministers down !
In actual fact, he is just an insecure dimwit, whose power (given by voters) has gone to his head !
