I would totally be surprised if this Cosmo completed form five. He sounds to have a very basic level of education and no apprenticeship which makes him perpetually be beholden to politicians. This is the kind of a guy who finds pride when he sees government vuvuzelas quoting him and it makes him feel very important. All this points to the lack of education. What a fool!

This chap Cosmo Mumba, has no qualifications. I know him way back in Kafue, when he was doing his GCE. Iam suprised that today this young man is a Doctor.

What am saying is this Doctorate is One which is not recogonised any where. He can not use it to get employed. That is why this so called Cosmo is just a an empty callabash making noise for PF, so that they could give him employment.He is just wasting his time because he has failed in politics.He is a failier in Life. He should try other avenues,like street Vending.
