UPND’s Much Publicised Lusaka’s Mandevu Rally FLOPS
Part of the crowd build up at Mutambe Ground
OPPOSITION United Party for National development (UPND) much publicised rally which was to be held in Lusaka’s Mandevu township has severely flopped.
The rally which was suppose to start at 10:00hrs Sunday 6th October is until now (15hours) still in organisation phase and signs of progress failing to be seen.
The opposition UPND strong man Hakainde Hichilema is expected to address the gathering.

The truth is the so called rally was really a flop. Deep down their hearts, they know that they were not expecting such scanty type of crowd. Mandavu having the largest number of voters, the word mammoth here does not apply. Manadevu has more than 35,000 registered voters and those pipo who attended that comma rally was just less than 90 can one call that mammoth? Agree and learn tO agree.
