Another debacle is looming in China after a number of Chipolopolo players are either out injured or their clubs have refused to release them for national duty and Zambian students based in China might make the cut after only 13 players report for camping, Tumfweko understands.

FAZ Communication manager Erick Mwanza gives an update from Beijing China that Roger Kola who was among the first to arrive in China alongside Emmanuel Mayuka, Jacob Mulenga and Emmanuel Mbola for the Tuesday Brazil friendly is out injured.

The FAZ spokesperson, without stating the number or players in camp now, says ‘the team is training well’ on his facebook page.

There is no further development to report on Nathan Sinkala, Rainford Kalaba and Stoppila Sunzu with the gates at the Chinese Embassy shut for business at 14 00 with the Mazembe trio nowhere in sight to process visas to travel to the Far East.
Thirteen players attended the first training session on Friday for Tuesday’s first ever international friendly match against Brazil.

Jacob Mulenga, Emmanuel Mayuka, Rodger Kola and Emmanuel Mbola were present as were Kennedy Mweene, Joseph Musonda and the contingent of players from the MTN FAZ Super League.

Collins Mbesuma, Mukuka Mulenga, Davies Nkausu and Rodger Kola (hamstring injury picked up in camp) have been sidelined with injuries.

Rainford Kalaba, Nathan Sinkala, Hichani Himonde and Stopilla Sunzu are expected in Beijing on Sunday.

Zambia’s training base is the Birds Nest stadium main training pitch. and has set up camp at the five-star Marco Polo Parkside Hotel from where they will stay as they prepare for the historic first-ever meeting between Zambia and Brazil.

Zambia and Brazil meet Tuesday night in an international match at Beijing’s iconic Birds Nest Stadium.

What do you mean when you say there is no further development on the TP Mazembe trio as the chinese visa office closed at 14:00hrs and then you report that the trio are expected on sunday. This is confusing. Are they coming or not?The other issue is if we do not have the players lets just come back rather than using students, remember the ghana saga were we lost 4-0 because of using students and that was ghana not brazil we do not want to enter in the ginnes book of records as the worst losers in the world.

Zambia’s day of reckoning draws near if we draw or Win against Brazil this would lead to other Teams that will qualify for the World Cup to want to date us resulting in More Money & exposure. Let’s take this friendly very serious it will open our doors to the world of football

What do u expect when you allow your talented players to play in a country in which the govnt doesnt have full control with little or no law in some areas.

Bo Musilizo, that’s a good analysis pertaining to the seriousness with which we ought to attach the Brazilian match. We look at the benefits that come with it. It’s not like we are playing some backyard team or something! FAZ, let us see you managing football well, otherwise I saw it as an anomaly to allow a lot of Zambian players to play for one single foreign club. I’m yet to get fresh statistics on the Zambian players playing for TP.

This debacle just shows how daft FAZ is. There are talented players like Given Singuluma, Clifford Mulenga, Roger Kola, etc who are willing and ready to play. But what does FAZ do? They simply follow the testimony of the departed Renard and ignore these players and then end up with Zambians studying in China as replacements!! What a farce!!

Try hard to answer rather than creating questions. Maybe if one says contradictory things within one article it were better to be quite then than to yap yap yap.
