Fr. Bwalya : SATA Likes Embarrassing His Ministers Regardless Of Age Or Stature
Opposition Alliance for Better Zambia President Fr Frank Bwalya has stated that Ministers serving in the PF government should brace themselves for more embarrassment by President Sata.
Fr Bwalya charged that President Sata enjoys embarrassing people regardless of their age and stature saying Ministers should get used to it.
“That is his personal trait. That is what he enjoys. It is within himself so there should be some embarrassing moments coming up, Ministers should just get used to it, Fr Bwalya said.

“Such leadership styles are archaic. It’s so ancient. When you are a President, you are a leader and a good leader needs a good team around but how can you deliver if you keep embarrassing your team?”
Fr Bwalya said Zambians should expect no development as long as President Sata continues running this government.
“We really don’t have a choice anymore, its either we forget about development for now until after 2016 or this government collapses on its own, Fr Bwalya said.
He said it is sad that a government that he so believed in and extensively campaigned for in 2011 has turned out this way.

If a minister is not working he/she should be embarrased in public so 2 encourage them 2 work.so ba bwalya shut up.

Its to work not about respecting even those who do not work. What president Sata did, there is nothing sins tor. Its not about how one should be revered, but how he/she performs to the expectation of the majority Zambians.

No developments under PF Frank, are you sure? Or is it an envy or you have just chosen to be blind since you’re also fighting for a political space? It took TEN TORRID YEARS FOR SATA TO BE WHERE HE IS NOW AND IF YOU’RE NOT CAREFUL YOUR PARTY WILL TAKE THREE TIMES NUMBER OF YEARS MR SATA TOOK TO BE RECOGNIZED.

There must be a platform were to correct people than embarrasing your ministers in front cameras like children, and you say “so that they can perfom” lack of leadership qualities. Try and error version of gvt. Shame!

Ministers and other senior officials including the Vice President, being embarrassed like grade 12 pupils sure. If he is bitter (the President), it’s necessary that he calls his Ministers and Permanent Secretaries to a private meeting and scorn them behind closed doors.
