      My friend these are PF cadres you are questioning about. Police can not do anything apart from watching helplessly at a distance. Unless if it was UPND cadres involved, police would have battered the hell out of the cadres.

    We youths are at fault. We are to blame.
    Just a few coins in the pockets and we put our lives on line to please this leader or that leader.
    There are many ways to show patriotism, nationalism and sympathy such as:
    * Dialog
    * Advice
    * Helping each other
    * Unity
    * Care
    * Comfort
    * Support
    * Tolerance
    * Forgiveness
    But axing each other, tribalism, violence, division, insults, blood-shed are not part of the above list. Sad event!!! This is a strong signal to all youths. Let’s say “NO” to be used as evil’s tool-box. I wish the word “No” could be written with 5 or 10 “O”s………

    The violent nature of PF cadres is now exposed had it been an event where the opposition parties were in attendance the blame would have been heaped on them. Is this not a manifestation of “Bufi bulabwelela!” May those injured recover without further complications and while undergoing treatment I would urge them to take a deep reflection as to whether it is worth while that they should put their lives at risk and for what gains.

    @ J J, to be frank, you are not helping. Tribalism is what is tearing us apart. It’s even what is at the center of what is happening now.
    Find out why some of our neighbouring countries are at war and the answer is ‘tribe-lines.’

    Zambia Police are not there for the job but for a salary just to earn a living. Zambia Police under Libongani has become one of the worst Police Depts in the world. They cannot enforce the law effectively. Worse still the President directed that b4 any of his ministers is arrested he must be informed. why?for what? which law of this land says that the President must be informed prior to an arrest of any of his ministers. This is a serious assault of the rule of law & justice.

    Just imagine the Kabimba and Mwamba they are fighting for are not injured. Not even their garden boys! not to mention their children. The youth should learn a lesson. Is that employment creation?

    If the youth want to express their unemployment status, who are the police to stop them? They need to drink beer, and the only way to find beer is to be a PF cadre. This is a sign of poverty as a result of unemployment.
