Kitwe Police Intercept 400Kg Stolen Cobalt In S/Africa Bound Bus

POLICE have seized 400 kilogrammes of cobalt worth millions of Kwacha from a South Africa-bound Scania bus and detained a 39-year-old Kitwe businessman in connection with its suspected theft.
Acting Copperbelt commissioner of police Joyce Kasosa said in an interview that the contraband was seized on Tuesday afternoon at the Kafue River bridge police checkpoint on the Ndola-Kitwe dual carriageway.
