Dear Editor,
My number is 260972410855. I purchased unlimited weekend internet bundle for k25 which failed to work on 28 Dec 2013 at 09:35hrs.I called Airtel internet customer care on 575,I explained that after activating the bundle I was unable to surf the internet cause the speed was to slow pages were timing out.
They tried to work on my problem from Saturday morning all the way till Sunday evening nothing seemed to work. It was agreed that I will get my airtime refunded by 10hrs on Monday 30 Dec 2013 which never happened. From Monday I have been calling customer over my refund they keep on telling to wait after 2hrs my query would be resolved but nothing has happened, I have spoken to 13 different customer care personnel such as Ethel, Precious, Nathan, Sharon, Ceaser, Womba, Peter, Racheal etc these people all have been telling me different stories. I have been calling them from Monday to Saturday 04 Jan 2014 they keep on saying our supervisor will call to solve your refund issue . I expected Airtel been a multinational company to solve queries in a more professional manner. I’m very disappointed.

Services of all the networks are not good.ZICTA should take this issue seriously.We are being robbed day and night by these so called service providers.

Have you also noticed how they steal using siliza. They charge more than the 10% interest sometimes!

just your phone is a lousy one or it has outlived it’s usefulness’it iis not 3G compartible,stop blaming the network blame your machine.

airtel is finished.try zamtel or mtn.competent staff and quality service.airtel lost its usefulness the day shaka zulu died.
