MP Stephen Masumba says he is not waiting for a President Sata ‘miracle’ that could give him back his deputy minister job as he awaits a court decision regarding his recent jail conviction.
Mr Masumba said no-one is above the law and that people facing court cases should be given time to attend to them exhaustively.
“Mr Sata cannot make a miracle to allow me to continue serving as minister when I had issues to sort out. Constitutionally, I don’t believe that it is allowed…the law can reach out to any other person, it does not segregate as long as you have got an offence,” he said.
“I am as PF as anything, some people have been wishing that Masumba is going to go, he is going to resign.”
“As things stand, Mr Sata is still my dad, that is the gospel truth,” Mr Masumba said at a press briefing yesterday.

Sata has made a miracle by not stopping the prison from calling you.you knew quite alright that nobody is above the law, but why did you forge the papers.you should not dream of regaining that ministerial post . yours is to go to the prison thats all…..

Let us earn what we have. The other side of the truth is that one should also be couragious to approach the administration and querry them that they have given you wrong qualifications. It is like students who will go to their teacher a cry if there is a mistaken in that a lower mark as been given. Why not do the same when a higher mark is given wrongly?

Many of who even employed and are getting good salaries are victims of forged certificates,if acc was to be serious and conduct certificate inspections many will go to prison.

Steven Masumba is not cut for leadership, I even wonder why MMD adopted this questionable boy to stand on their ticket. PF also went into this trap and equally got zero as MMM did. Anyway for PF I can’t be surprised it was a normal characteristic.Masumba always look weird.
