EXPOSED: Boxes Of UPND Money Exchange Hands In Luapula
Desperate for votes, UPND tribal leader Hakainde Hichilema has given special instructions to Mutale Nalumango to dish out huge sums of money to chiefs in Luapula.
So far Nalumango, a Ngalande and Richard Kapita have given huge sums of money to chiefs Puta, Mununga, Nsama and other giving instructions to them to mobilise voters for UPND whether that is possible.
Latest information received by Tumfweko indicate that Nalumango and her friends have so far visited Nchelenge, Kaputa, Chienge and are now heading to Kawambwa but their vehicle is currently stuck at an area near Nchelenge.
A villager in Nchelenge who is currently at the scene where a makeshift bridge collapsed and caused Kapita’s vehicle to plunge into water said there is little or no hope the vehicle may come out today.
A villager from Chienge said Nalumango and her group have lamentably failed to gather people for meetings and those they are managing to give money are mocking them.

PF should just work on fulfilling the promises because 2016 is just around the corner.
The opposition will just use the unfulfilled promises to win.they will not need to lie again to ascend to power.

When its bad news for UPND,then the writer lacks objectivity. I wonder when you begin to rule if people will be coughing.Its like UPND and their activities are already in heaven,no mistake,only them can go wrong and not us.You cant win like that.When its wrong its wrong regardless of the offender,it be HH or SATA not this self-righteous hypocrisy.

Wait a minute! The money is given to chiefs, so what time did the chiefs have to distribute the money to the people around the bridge where the vehicle is stuck? Let’s not worst time on cheap politics. Tumfweko that’s cheap politics much as am not a supporter of UPND. let’s talk things that can help develop our nation. Nigeria is almost beating South Africa economically according to current reports. PF thugs have evaded the car park for Njanji commuter train station for kabwata and they have erected buildings. If any reasonable leader will one time revive our commuter train, where will cars be parking. Council, police, area MP move in and demolish before these buildings become complete structures.
