Foreign affairs minister Harry Kalaba says President Michael Sata’s interest is to better the lives of Zambians.
Featuring on a live radio programme on K FM in Mansa on Wednesday, Kalaba said President Sata led a simple life to save taxpayers’ money.
Kalaba, who is also Bahati member of parliament, said the simple life chosen by President Sata had made it easy for the government to ensure that public funds were preserved for intended purposes.
“We are blessed as a country to have a President who lives a simple life. President Sata is one of the few heads of state in the world who don’t live luxurious lives,” he said.
Kalaba said a developing country like Zambia needed such a president.
“President Sata did not go to State House to make himself rich. He went there to better the lives of many Zambians. And we must be proud and salute him for that. President Sata is a true freedom fighter,” said Kalaba.

A boot – licker of the worst kind! Even when you are being insulted and demeaned, where do you find the audacity to sing praises for the clown? This from a grown man is ridiculous. One wonders what his own children will think of him after this drivel. he could be a bot more discreet when he sings for his supper! Zambians are not demented, Mr. Kalaba.

This is what you get when you the visionary and intelligible minds are outside the mainstream of cabinet, and the “not – so – clever” in positions they do not deserve.

The level at which upnd fanatics have reached is worrying. They are now like Islamic fanatics -Taliban/Boko haram. They do not tolerate any dissenting views. You people MUST know that there are millions who have seen Sata’s positive side. You will never force them to love HH with insults.

palatable language to Call kalaba and his President.
Honesty Brings Blessings
Honesty, or the lack of it, influences how you are viewed by others. If people learn that you have deceived them even once, you will lose their trust, and that is not easily regained.
If, on the other hand, you are truthful and honest, you will build a reputation as a person of integrity, worthy of trust.
Indeed that is how most of us if not all Zambians feel.
We feel cheated.

hooo I see. Life is tough for the righteous on earth, but in the end they are always the winner. I know Mr. Sata he shall triumph and he knows it because he was prepared for this by God.
