HH Is A Cheap And Amateur Politician – Kabimba

tumfweko photosHakainde Hichilema is a cheap and amateur politician whom I will not waste time arguing with, says Wynter Kabimba.
And Kabimba says the unprecedented development projects under PF have politically disarmed Hichilema.
Reacting to Hichilema’s statement that he was a “walking stick for President Michael Sata” and that he had no following, Kabimba said he was way above Hichilema’s approach to politics.
“I can’t sink so low to that level of debate. I believe in engaging in an intellectual debate; that is my character. I won’t be provoked by cheap and careless statements like the one coming from Hakainde. I am way above that,” Kabimba said.
He said Hichilema’s desperation had driven him into name-calling.
Kabimba said the UPND leader was so gullible that even people purporting to be intelligence officers were milking him.
“He is dealing with phony intelligent officers who have discovered his gullibility that because of desperation he can believe in anything. So they go to him and say, ‘me I work for the intelligence, I will tell you what the minister is doing.’ Meanwhile, they do not even work for the intelligence and because they see that he is desperate, they will take his money,” he said.
“We know when people are frustrated politically. We know that the man is still feeling wounded and still in a sense of shock by the PF victory. Remember, such were his reactions in 2011 when the pact broke up. He went round calling me and Michael Sata all sorts of names. He even went to bed with MMD to prevent PF from ever having a chance to win the 2011 elections. For me, as secretary general of the party and Minister of Justice, I want to appeal to all Zambians to take up the constitution-making process seriously by way of debate and consensus building.”
Kabimba said the unprecedented development projects under PF had politically disarmed Hichilema.
“The man, as a political amateur, has been disarmed,” he said.
“It is clear that for UPND, going by the development projects that the Patriotic Front is rolling all over the country, including Southern Province, they have come to realise that they do not have any campaign issues against the Patriotic Front in 2016. Like they tried to get in government in 2011 by duping the PF to get into a pact with them, Hichilema thinks he can again dupe the people of Zambia by riding on the constitutional question.”
Kabimba said PF was delivering in all areas, from infrastructure to health, among others.
He advised Hichilema to desist from making statements that did not have substance.
“They should stop listening to divisive politicians that have run out of ideas and they think that the only vehicle they have to get to State House now is the constitution,” he said.
Kabimba said contrary to Hichilema’s claim, there was no secret committee that had been appointed to alter the constitution, which his ministry was in possession of.
“The technical committee members did not die upon the dissolution of that committee. They are all alive and as citizens of this country, they will participate in the forthcoming debate. So if something is changed, they should be able to stand up and say this has been changed,” he said.
Kabimba said the President disbanded the technical committee on April 14 because its work had come to an end and the government could not afford to continue paying them and incurring operational expenses.
Hichilema on Friday said Kabimba was a small fish whose recent remarks on the constitution should be ignored.
“Kabimba is just a small fish, you must ignore that fellow; after all, he has no political constituency. If there is a by-election in his own village and there are 20 people there, UPND would definitely win these elections and he would lose in his own village, so why should you be talking about a guy like that? Don’t worry about him, he is just a walking stick for Mr Sata,” he said.
Hichilema also challenged Kabimba to dispel intelligence information that President Sata had secretly dissolved the technical committee drafting the constitution on April 14.

It’s hilarious when African Christians complain that “homosexuality was brought to Africa by the Europeans”, not realizing that Christianity was also brought to Africa by Europeans..

Kabimba has never won an election in his life. He owes all the positions he holds to President Sata. If President Sata decides to disappoint him, that will be the end for Kabimba politically and economically as well. That is why he calls himself Sata’s disciple. Boot licker big time. Indeed he is a walking stick for Sata.
