Women Using Juju On Husbands Are Dangerous -Mutale
WOMEN who use traditional medicines to deter their husbands from engaging in extra marital affairs are a danger to society, says Trauma Healing Centre executive director Jurita Mutale.And Mutale says marriage is sacred and can never fail if it is built on the principles of God.
In an interview, Mutale said it was sad that some women were still using charms to maintain their marriages and make their husbands love them more.
She said the love of money by some women was forcing them to use charms on their husbands without caring about the repercussions such have on a human being.
“It is evil to use traditional medicines to stop your husband from having girlfriends because that is a wrong way of solving problems for a woman of a noble character. It is foolish to use charms or traditional herbs to maintain a marriage because such things only work for a limited period of time. And I believe what has caused many women to depend on charms to sustain their marriages is the love of money. Women should learn to live their lives and provide for their families within the budget that is manageable to them. Some women put their husbands under pressure to buy them things which their finances can’t afford. It is indeed sad because too much pressure exerted on your lover is not healthy. Some men have died due to BP (High Blood Pressure) caused by their wives,” said Mutale.
Mutale said traditional medicines meant to maintain marriages have long term side-effects on human beings.
She said love enhancement medicines were not medically proven as no particular dosage is followed and would be a danger if administered on a person.
Mutale further said the medicines given to men to deter them from having girlfriends had the potential to poison their bodies.
“Love enhancement charms are dangerous because they have potential to intoxicate someone’s body. The problem with the usage of these medicines is that there is no dosage followed. And these medicines are administered to men without them knowing and that is a clear indication that it is a bad practice,” She said.
And Mutale said marriage should be built on principles of God for it to be a strong bond.
“Marriage should be built on love and trust for it to sustain. Marriage is sacred and the only important thing is to pray to God to intervene in your husband’s infidelity and not to use juju. Only those who got their marriages through using charms can be proud to use such. As Christians let us (women) lean on God to protect our husbands from spouse snatchers and pray to him to provide for our needs,” said Mutale.

Thank you Chief of Grief for untimely advice. So women, get a man’s point of view and shine. Why juju? Women like me cannot use juju because I work, have two boyfriends and I do not need a man for cash. One is a permanent boyfriend and the other is for ‘flirting’ with when I fee like having fun. Wow life is enjoyable when you are double-crossing men. Especially those of us who are married.

I have heard of the following:
1) They smoke some charms whilst calling the man’s name;
2) They prepare his meals using used water from the mortuary;
3) They prepare him a chicken that has been strangled using the woman’s thighs;
4) They prepare him meals using water that is mixed with the woman’s menstrual blood;
5) They roast some piece of meat which had stayed for some hours inside the woman’s vagina;
6) They mix the man’s food with such things as Gumu Gumu, feaces etc;
7) They mix the man’s food with some herbs especially in visashi
