Hamudulu Sidelined, Tribal HH Annoints Chipenzi as 2016 Siavonga Candidate
Foundation for Democratic Process executive director Mcdonald Chipenzi is using the Grand Coalition to campaign for his candidature as MP on the UPND ticket in Siavonga in 2016.
Chipenzi is the spokesperson of the grand coalition, a consortium of organizations that is pushing the PF government to release the final draft constitution.
Chipenzi who has for the past two years been fiercely decampaigning incumbent MP Kennedy Hamudulu has told Siavonga residents he would be a better representative than Hamudulu.
In the name of the Grand Coalition, Chipenzi has been positioning himself to become the new Siavonga MP.
But what is surprising is that UPND tribal leader Hakainde Hichilema has tolerated and endorsed Chipenzi’s campaigns in Siavonga despite numerous appeals by Hamudulu for HH to stop him (Chipenzi).
A source has told tumfweko that HH would rather go for Chipenzi than Hamudulu because Chipenzi has done a lot to campaign for UPND.
Affiliates of the grand coalition have expressed concern about Chipenzi’s manouvres and some have asked him to declare interest and resign rather using them to help him campaign for Siavonga.

Honestly fiTumfweko, how can you expect HaHi to appoint Hamududu if Sata parted away with Fostina Sinyangwe & Chimbaka group calling them as Rebels! Can’t HaHi have his own set of rebels?

CHINPEZI HAS BEEN SPEAKING LOUDLY ON THE CONSTITUTION MAKING PROCESS AS THE VOICE FOR THE PEOPLE OF ZAMBIA BUT NOW IT HAS COME OPEN THAT HAS BEEN CAMPAIGNING FOR THE UPND AND HH. I THINK THAT IS THE REASON WHY THE PF HAS REFUSED TO BE PUSHED BY THIS GRAND COALITION SINCE THE HAVE THE HIDDEN AGENDA. SHAME ON THE GRAND COALITION AND IT’S MEMBERS. YOU HAVE BEEN PUSHING FOR THE CONSTITUTION AT THE PRETEXT OF SPEAKING FOR THE ZAMBIAN.
