Mumba Warns MMD Mps
MMD President Nevers Mumba has warned that any MMD Members of Parliament who will chose to withdraw his/her monthly monetary contribution to the party would have part ways with the party.
MMD Mwandi MP Michael Kaingu has hinted at withdrawing his monthly contribution to the former ruling party.
Dr. Mumba has told Qfm that a Member of Parliament remains a member of a party when such an individual sustains subscription fees.
He says it is for this reason that his party’s National Secretary Muhabi Lungu will be giving administrative guidance on the issue of Dr. Kaingu’s intention to withdraw his monthly contribution.
He says this is because every member and MP of the MMD has got rights and responsibilities that have been collectively agreed upon but that no member or MP can enjoy these rights by doing away with his or her responsibilities to the party.
Dr. Mumba says this means that if a club such a political party like the MMD has subscription fees which all members should pay, but one member chooses to stop meeting his/her obligations, it remains in the hands of the political party or club to decide whether the member is needed or not.

Hon Kaingu leave chi Mumba with the never bounce into power party and join the ruling pf party for the bennefits of the people of mwandi.
