There is a Cholera vaccination exercises
There will be two rounds of vaccination
The vaccination dates are 8 to 13 January 2018, the second round of vaccination will be conducted after two weeks
The Cholera vaccine is safe
Vaccine will be given through the mouth
All persons above one year are eligible
People in high risk areas will receive the vaccine first
Cholera vaccination should be accompanied by all other existing preventive measures
Central located vaccination sites/posts will be set for easy access
Collect a card as proof of having received the first dose, keep it safe, the card will be used during the second round of vaccination
The Vaccination exercise will be conducted by trained Health Care Providers
The more people get vaccinated in your community, the more effective the vaccine will be
