We have continued with our crusade to encourage public service workers to improve their level of service delivery. One aspect that we are serious about is the issue of time management. The culture of reporting late for work is still rampant in our country. We need to change our altitude towards work if we are to attain social and economic development.

How would Minister feel if such responses were:’ i had sought permission from my boss, for late arrival as i had to pass through hospital to check on my son, wife etc?’ pure comical, rhetorical and petty leadership.
Permission is something else baba. Just report for work on time. If you got permission, then no “beef” with you. When applying for a job, you say you can work with minimal supervision, but once you get it, awe sure ….
