Zambian DNA is greatly concerned on how some opposition political party leaders have been peddling falsehoods against Government out of envy and hatred against those in Government.

Whilst we welcome criticism from opposition political leaders as well as well-meaning Zambians, it has now become business as usual for opposition political party leaders to peddle falsehoods all the time.

It’s morally wrong for opposition political party leaders, who constitute the government –in-waiting, to continue peddling lies against Government for cheap political mileage and expediency.

However, we expect these leaders of ‘the government –in-waiting ‘to providing checks and balances to Government on critical national issues with tangible proof and not peddling lies.

More so, we advise opposition political party leaders to realize that they have not only betrayed the people of Zambia for failing to provide checks and balances to Government, abandoned their role by misleading the nation on critical issues that affect their lives, but also lamentably failed to prove they are worth to be called a government in-waiting.
