The Choma Local Court has ordered 25 year old Kerold Muchindu to pay Larson Munsanje K6, 000 for committing adultery with his 32 year old Wife.
The court had established that indeed the plaintiff caught the defendant having sex with his wife before he fled the scene leaving his trousers and Slipper behind.
Lilian Muchindu (32) the Plaintiff’s wife who admitted to being in an adulterous affair, said the two had sexual intercourse on two occasions.
Muchindu confessed that the first encounter happened after the defendant bought her Nshima for K5 and planned to meet in the evening since it was cooler then.
But in defense, Muchindu denied all allegations saying there is no way he can have sex with an older lady and claimed that she is the one that has been making advances on him.
Magistrate Mulonda has since ordered that Munsanje be paid for his Wife’s adulterous behavior with Muchindu and payment should be K500 every month effective December, 2018.
