Brothers and sisters, join me in congratulating PF and President Edgar Lungu’s Secreatary General Mwila for obtaining a grade 12 certificate with distinctions that eluded him for decades.

Davis Mwila was a form 3 drop out, but from the day President Lungu appointed him, amidst his busy schedule of the epidemic by-elections, this man enrolled at a secondary school from grade 10 and today we are celebrating his achievements.

Davis Mwila is a great inspiration to everyone that you can fail exams when you are young but immediately you join PF you develop unique intelligence.
