POLITICAL Psychophant who is also a cabinet Minister in President Lungu’s adminstration Bowman Lusambo has described the people of Roan constituency in Luanshya of being inept in reasoning for voting NDC candidate Joseph Chishala as its new Parliamentary representative in Thursday’s by-election.

A quote in his statement reads “The people of Kabushi are objective, very analytical and are able to see truth from deception.”

What this literally means, the people of ROAN are the opposite of Kabushi? This is an insult to the people of Roan.
