The case against NDC leader Dr Chishimba Kambwili who has been dragged to court for allegedly forging documents and giving false information to a public officer has been adjourned to June 6th 2019 for mention and 13th June for continued trial.
When the matter came up at the Lusaka magistrate court today, Dr Kambwili’s lawyers were not before court as they had other engagements.
Magistrate David Simusamba therefore adjourned the case.
At court Dr Kambwili was accompanied by his daughters Kabamba Kambwili, Chanda Kambwili, Mutale Kambwili and Mwenya Kambwili.
Scores of NDC members and sympathisers were at court to offer solidarity to the NDC leader.
