THE body of another Yalelo Fish Farming Limited worker who drowned on Lake Kariba last Friday has been found. Isaac Banda’s body was found around 11:40 hours yesterday at Lake Kariba Yalelo cages on site seven, where the body of his colleague, Rodney Chilongo, was retrieved the previous day. Police spokesperson Esther Katongo said in a statement that Mr Banda’s body is in Siavonga District Hospital mortuary awaiting an autopsy.

“Today [Wednesday] around 11:40 hours, the body of Isaac Banda was found and retrieved from Lake Kariba Yalelo cages, near site seven,” Ms Katongo said. Last week, the Zambia Army was engaged to help find the bodies of Mr Chilongo and Mr Banda who drowned around 16:00 hours on Friday. On Tuesday, the marines retrieved Mr Chilongo’s body which was found floating around 06:40 hours. Mr Chilongo’s body was transported to the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka for an autopsy and was buried yesterday
