Lusaka Province Minister Bowman Lusambo has been dragged to court by Ziger Trading Limited for non-payment of over K147, 000 for the supply and printing services rendered to him at his own request.
The Plaintiffs have accused Lusambo of failing to pay the said money despite making several reminders to him.
According to a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High court, the Plaintiffs have told the court that they have incurred losses and damage due to Lusambo’s action.
They now want the court to order the minister to pay the said money
