POLICE in Lusaka have charged 19-year-old Luyando Kopakopa with criminal libel and faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
Luyando, a clinical medicine student has produced and circulated videos in which she accuses Legana Investments Limited of stuffing their sausage with a condom and human flesh.
After Legana Investments Limited sued her for defamation, Luyando produced another video in defiance saying she would not be intimidated.
In the latest video, Luyando accused the company of producing it’s products in unsanitary conditions and feared that lack of gloves by some employees in the factory would spread HIV and Cholera.
