A MAGISTRATE yesterday heard how two masked men allegedly dragged Minister of Justice Given Lubinda out of Kabwata market and assaulted him.
Lusaka City Council (LCC) market master Nora Kayombo said the incident happened when the minister was interacting with traders at Kabwata market.
