The Zambia Congress of Trade Unions –ZCTU- has predicted increased industrial unrest in the country.
ZCTU Deputy Secretary General, Elaston Njobvu says this is because decent jobs are currently hard to find in Zambia.
Mr Njobvu tells phoenix news that this situation will exert more pressure on many Zambians who are already subjected to various economic pressures amidst the high cost of living.
He said in a society where decent jobs are difficult to find, there is increased abuse of workers which would in turn steer industrial unrest.
