Zambian DNA welcomes United States (US)government for rating  the Zambian  government’s performance highly on key issues such as Government effectiveness, rule of law, corruption fight, democratic  rights, girls primary education completion rate ,health expenditure , child immunization and many more.

It’ s also interesting to note that the country’s rating by the US government through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MMC) scorecard for 2020 has enabled it to qualify for the 2020 development grant.

Moreover, the said report shames President Lungu’s critics of his leadership style and performance on corruption fight and other key governance  issues as it speaks volumes on the Head of State’s vigorous fight against corruption ,and commitment to improve the Zambian people’s welfare.

In view of the foregoing, we expect Government critics who are in unholy alliance with media outlets hostile to Government to desist from tarnishing President Lungu and the country’s image in their futile attempt to gain cheap political mileage.
