Statement On Zambia’s Improved Social, Economic Status

December 13, 2019

Zambian DNA is elated that the UNDP report reveals that Zambia’s social and economic status has significantly improved due to improved access to health services and education, and expanding gross national income.

It’s also worth noting that whilst the country is facing many challenges, the Government has recorded significant successes in many areas of human development.

However, we are confident that given President Edgar Lungu’s able leadership and tacit commitment to improve the Zambian people’s welfare, the country is headed for better social and economic improvement without leaving anyone behind.
