Pupils at Lufwanyama Boarding School have been gassed by unknown people.

Copperbelt Police Commissioner Charity Katanga has confirmed the development to YAR FM News.
Ms. Katanga said the gassing happened in the early hours of today, stating that 17 pupils at the boarding School were affected and rushed to Lufwanyama District Hospital.

Ms. Katanga said police are investigating the incident but the motive behind the gassing of pupils and households using an unknown substance still remains unclear.
