Police at Lusaka’s Kenneth Kaunda International Airport Wednesday morning arrested two suspects who were allegedly found burying K900 on one of the tombs while enchanting.
Zambia Police Public Relations Officer Esther Katongo tells Byta FM that this happened at Chimbwi Cemetery between ZNS Airport farms and Kampasa settlement.
“A mob from Kampasa community descended on the victims and they were only rescued by police officers while being beaten by people who accused them of being part of those that are spraying households with chemicals,” says Katongo.
“Investigations have continued.”
