The Indian government through its E-Tele-medicine and E-Tele-education network project has announced the launch of six new degree programs. The programs which include Post graduate diploma in Bioinformatics, Bachelor of Business Administration, Certificate program in Hospital and Healthcare Management, among others, are fully paid for by the Indian government and are available to Zambian students. Other programs include Master of Business Administration, Certificate in Digital Marketing and Bachelor of Computer Applications. The Indian High Commission in Lusaka has called on students in Zambia to apply for the available online scholarships using the ilearn.gov.in portal. Applications are open until end of 10th March 2020. The project has been offering various courses since its launch in October 2019, in conjunction with Zambia’s Ministry of Education.
