NAPSA Gives MMD 7 Days To Clear Debts ‘Or Else’ Bailiffs Will ‘Pounce’ As SATA Blocks K 4 Billion To RB’s ‘Ghost’ Company

Opposition Movement For Multi-Party Democracy (MMD) owes National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) 461 Million in Accrued office rentals for its secretariat Headquaters in Lusaka.
NAPSA have since written to the Opposition MMD to pay up its debts within 7days.
NAPSA have given opposition MMD 7 days ultimatum to pay the ‘whole’ debt failure to which, bailiffs will pounce on their offices.
Meanwhile, President Michael Sata has directed the Zambia Police to immediately stop Zambia Revenue Authority -ZRA- from paying Four-billion kwacha to a fake company managing its scanners at Nakonde border post in the Northern Province.
Issuing orders to Police, the President disclosed that -ZRA- was on Tuesday expected to pay 4-billion kwacha to a fake company called Bradwell Global Corporation Limited which the President said belongs to someone who occupied his office.
Mr. Sata has directed the new Home Affairs Permanent Secretary Max Nkole and the new Police command to stop the payment and investigate how much has already been paid out to the bogus firm.
He has further directed the ZRA to find its own people to manage the scanners at Nakonde border.

Is the information that is comming through on RB and the MMD real? I begining to feel scared of this information. What would have been if the MMD was given another mandate. I shuder to think of the consequences. This information that the president is channing out was it solicited way before they come into power or its being gotten. My gut feeling tell me the PF had this information and is simply confirming and acting on this confrimation. That is the way to go youe exelence. We need this action. The Gvt has leaked a lot of money. there need to close the loop holes.

Mike Mulongoti had threatened to spill the beans. He and George Mpombo sat on a lot of information. They were part of the MMD government. Suspect the reason Mpombo resigned was allegedly corrupt practices.

Don’t listen to these vuvuzelas who are talking about forgiveness and reconciliation before we even know what went wrong.

If you had brought this to light Rbish would have fired you and people would have been behind your management. Now it is too late you will rot with your Rbish.

“He has further directed the ZRA to find its own people to manage the scanners at Nakonde border”. So someone else was managing the scanners on behalf of ZRA? Then they need to pay out since they were not doing the managing the scanners themselves. A Case can be given to owner of Bradwell Global Corporation for operating a non registered company. Also a query can be raised on how K4bn charge (which is too high) was arrived at.
