THE Zambia Electricity Supply Coorperation (ZESCO) Limited has disclosed that it entered into an agreement with Zamtel to provide fiber optic services under duress meaning, it was forced to enter in an agreement with Zamtel by senior individuals in government at that time specifically an instruction from State House in the MMD regime.
Kafue Gorge Lower Hydro-Electric Power project Director, Christopher Mubemba says the agreement had no monetary benefits to the electricity firm.
Mr. Mubemba who was flanked by Zesco senior legal manager, Mbile Wina Vukovic stated that Zesco is ready to terminate the agreement if given a go ahead.
He was speaking when he appeared before the Commission of Inquiry investigating the Sale of Zamtel, Finance Bank and NAPSA activities.
Meanwhile,Former Republican Vice President and MMD Sychophant, Enoch Kavindele has described the price at which Zamtel was sold as ridiculous.

Kavindele is another desperate citizen. He is really Mr “Kwalola umwela”. Well, of late, there is alot of comedy. RB must be probed. The thing is let all well meaning MPs fight for lifting his immunity so that some future Presidents can learn a lesson. How did he force ZESCO to go into unprofitable venture? Meanwhile, Zambians were being overcharged for little electricity they were consuming to operate above the break-even point.

All my predictions and ‘prophesies’ have come to pass as I put them. The following were some of them:
1. PF will soon assume leadership of this country
2. In those days those who have committed atrocities against Zambians will plead and say they never knew what they were doing. Then the dispenser of justice will invoke his power and punish them.
3. Muamar gaddafi will soon join his kind such as Saddam Hhussen, Idi Amin Dada, Mobutu Seseseko wa zabanga, emperror Jean Bedel Bokassa, Sani Abacha, General Siade Bare, etc.
4.Bush paths in Eastern Province should be sealed so that this criminal William Banda does not escape back to his country Malawi. He must face justice in Zambia.

These to me appear to be very serious issues/ matters. I cannot for the life of me figure out why ZESCO should have a Kafue Gorge Lower Hydro-Electric Power project Director, speak to the matter. Surely Zesco should have senior Personnel at Head Office to appear before the Commission, Or are we now caught up with the recent “with immediate effect situation” that has rocked the nation.
Those that have remained in companies should not come out like their hand were twisted in the past regime. Can they prove that they raised concerns at the time.
The way things are going its like the nation’s professionals had gone into comatose and have just recovered.
We need submissions before the commission that prove that due diligence was done, but the professionals’ voices fell on deaf ears.
COME ON ZAMBIA

@Mulikani the reason that man is appearing b4 the commission is because he was Sr Manager in charge of telecommunications at the time ZESCO was asked to hand over the fibre to Zamtel. He was part of the signatories to that agreement that’s why he has ben summoned to explain what happened. He’s now Sr Manager for Kafue Gorege Lower because he was transferred there.

Sure this country is rotten to the core and needs proper cleansing or exorcism. Indeed professionals are there to advise politicians, but ours are turned into cadres. My urge or plea to those professional being appointed do your job diligently and don’t start worshiping the president. Tell him when he is wrong and advise him properly, he doesn’t know everything and will have to rely on you. We have very good structures but they are not followed. So dear technocrats we want to be served without fear or favour echo mawilile kusukulu

Serbians ( Vukovic )are mafias you only find these people in countries were corruption is high believe me they only marry daughters of people in high places i know most zambian know the history of the Winas and there involvement in the under world so what do you expect from them cause they have always had connections to the underworld am sure their daughter might have met Mr.Vukovic at one of there meeting hence the name Mbile Wina Vukovic
