Youths Cry Foul Over Army, ZNS Recruitment: Was It A Rally Or Job Hunting?

Thousand Plus Youths Jostle for 80 places in the army recruitment per province ! Rally Or ????
Some Youths in Lusaka and other Provinces have complained over what they have termed the complicated process involved in the Zambia Army recruitment exercise.
Youths disclosed :”In Zambia their are only three ways of joining the army; 1. If you have your relative in the army or someone you know very much.
2. corruption you have to pay to the person in charge of the recruits. 3. If you are a woman they have to sleep on you and have sex with you if you have not passed this you are very luck.”
And familiar sources within the Army and ZNS have disclosed to
Tumfweko that people who have been recruited were not even at their respective recruitment centres.
GOVERNMENT, what are you doing about escalating unemployment levels and corruption in the recruitment exercises currently obtaining ?

Stampede is looming. Lets avoid it. Lets promote online applications to avoid loss and damage of lives.
By the way, these are youths who completed school in WWD (MMD) era, the former failed to find a solution for the youths,Lets wait and see what the PF will do. I believe PF has a plan for these guys.

This is the sad part of our current education system which has indoctrinated every one who passes through it to seek employment or work for some one! The government is handicaped on this one and even if they create 50000 jobs, they still wont be enough as long as the education system is inclined to job seeking instead of imparting enterprenural skills! Hard luck to the would be recruits! Minwhile, parade about turn, right turn, chest out, chin up, manga matako musilikale and quick march………….

80 people each province is totally unreasonable even Hon. Mwamba and President Sata know! Atleast 500 that was going to make a difference. Matter of fact, the ACC should pay close attention next time, they should be present. Anyway, let’s just keep on trying guys, we’re into this together, one love!

I wonder about what is happening in Zambia. you find that all GRZ ministries have shortages of manpower while people are scrumbling for jobs… why can’t the Government recruit all the school leavers to various ministries so that we do not have anymore shortages? people, lets be creative and positive about life. Those people you saw need jobs. And you the post newspaper, why can’t you stop giving flowers and rosses to this Government?. Just tell them what is obtaining on the ground. The youths voted for jobs but where are those jobs?..

pipo, pipo, pipo. plse accuse not these pipo. zaf,zns army or the police. its just the levels of unemployment which are high. not every time wen one is not picked then you start saying this or that. remember, its not these you mention who employ its the GOVT that gives the number to be employed according to the budget.

There’s obviously so much unemployment that no amount of vacancies in one institution can absorb thousands of our youth, but it’s the chaotic nature in which our govt organises things and goes about its business that really adds to the pain of these poor boys and girls seeking a decent life. Could’nt they have been better organised sure? AWE KWENA NDELOLESHAFYE…!!!

SATA AND COMPANY PROMISED TO ACT AND SHOW RESULTS IN 90 DAYS. WE ALL BELIEVED AND VOTED FOR CHANGE. IT IS AMAZING THAT THERE IS THIS KIND OF A SITUATION IN A COUNTRY WHERE PEOPLE WERE PROMISED ‘SUGAR CANDY MOUNTAIN’ OF COMFORT.
CALL ME AN *****, OR WHICHEVER CHEAP VOCABULARY OF INSULTS YOU MIGHT HAVE IN YOUR MISERABLE MIND, BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT THIS GOVERNMENT IS NOT VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE PREVIOUS ONE.
WHEN RB TRAVELLED ABROAD, SATA AND COMPANY CONDEMNED HIM ON THE GROUNDS THAT IT WAS NOT PROPER TO SPEND MONEY ‘TOURING THE WORLD’ IN VIEW OF THE WIDESPREAD UNEMPLOYMENT.
IT APPEARS THAT SATA AND THE PF ARE JUST AS BAD,IF NOT WORSE THAN RB AND MMD.
IF YOU INSULT ME, INSULT YOU RIGHT BACK, USING THE SAME WORDS FROM YOUR MOUTH.
