The Truth About The Gounassi And Rosemary Mwansakanda Case

Abdoulaye Gounassi story This is the story about the injustices of the rotten judiciary System, the very corrupt immigration officers and the manipulation of the systems by a very powerful Senegalese businessman with endless resources to pay off and create hell for innocent Zambians.

The man in question, and at the centre of the story, is a rich business man called Abdoulaye Ndiaye aka “Gounassi” the owner of grizzly mining and big time partner of rupiah Banda and the MMD campaign team. This is the man who arrogantly claims he wants to become the Zambian president because he owns half of kitwe.

He is one of the richest people in Africa thanks to years of siphoning money from the innocent people of Lufwanyama and selling undeclared stones to his Jewish and Indian business colleagues ( We have information and documentation supporting the transactions).

This is the man who has amassed so much wealth that he has 10 million dollar mansions in Senegal and owns hundreds of houses and shopping malls.

He recently offered to pay Zambian coach Herve Reynard over 600 thousand dollars of unpaid allowances but has had his ex-wife locked up for wanting to rightfully claim what belongs to her and the five elderly children he sired with her.

She is rotting in Chimbokaila because she was denied bail by the courts. The problem began when the ex wife, a bonafide Zambian, Rosemary Mwansakandu decided to come to Zambia to enforce a judgment that was passed in the Canadian court stating that they should equally share all the properties they acquired whilst being married for over 30 yrs.

This woman is suffering because she has a 40 million dollar(200 billion kwacha) divorce settlement that she wants to register at the Ndola High court and working together to build a business empire in 3 different countries namely Canada Zambia and Senegal.

However when the Canadian court granted her the judgment he dubiously removed her from the 3 million dollar matrimonial house they built in Dakar and sold all the properties and hotels they owned in Canada.

When she came down to Zambia to try and get her share of the money, he told her that he was bankrupt and would only use monies borrowed from the banks. However, a week after his response he went ahead and offered to pay the Zambian coach a staggering 6 hundred thousand us dollars at a point when his children in Canada are leaving in rented houses and struggling to pay school fees.

He keeps the immigration in his pockets. This has been demonstrated fully by ensuring that the divorce and settlement case does not get to court and that anyone who comes in his path is either destroyed or deported.

When his ex wife (Rosemary Mwansakanda) came to Zambia, she sought the assistance of one of the Senegalese association representatives called Ibrahim Dia because she knew that was the only way she was going to be safe from his dangerous attempts to silence her and hired a reputable lawyer called Mrs Mushota and Mr Wright to help advance her case.

He immediately unleashed the immigration on them and had the Lusaka immigration officer led by Douglas Ntambo attack them at the middle of the night . Mr Dia and his Zambian wife where immediately arrested for immigration related issues and all there valid documents were confiscated by the immigration officers under Gounassi’s payroll.

Mr Dias passport was thus hidden by a combined team of officer’s investigation officers. Fortunately one key witness saw the immigration officers conceal the passport and decided to report the issue.

This witnesss a Senegalese relative of mr Dia with valid work permits. When Gounassi got wind of this story he again sent Lusaka immigration to specifically detain the witness for more than three days and had him deported without trial and using air tickets hastily bought by Gounassi.

Mr Dia is now constantly appearing before resident magistrate Joshua Banda on the immigration charges and honorable simwiinga for other trumped charges whilst the immigration are holding the passports and NRCs documents of over five Zambians.

The clearest indication of the mans evil intention can be seen from the way he has treated his ex wife and how he used the immigration officers to have her locked up and detained so she cannot get a single share of the empire they built together.

The divorce settlement hearing was set for the 16th of October and his ex wife came with her lawyers, Mrs Mushota and Mr wright to attend the court proceedings and enforce the Judgment. Surprisingly, Gounassi came with his two immigration officer stooges who sat with him during the duration of high court proceedings.

Because of the volume of the affidavit filed by Gounassi lawyers, her lawyers asked for time to study the documents. The case was then adjourned to the 6th of November for continued hearing. These turn of events presented an opportunity for Gounassi to sent his corrupt officers on his Zambian ex wife .

À bogus checkpoint was set up by the immigration officers, in the company of Gounassi just outside the Ndola high court and his wife was abruptly arrested and transported through the night and held without explanation at the immigration headquarters in Lusaka.

She is now being held at the Ridgeway police station under the guise of a prohibited immigrant. Define irony- a Senegalese, or Nigerian immigrant before 1993, setting immigration officers on a Zambian woman and calling her a prohibited immigrant. To this point, no one knows why she is being detained, her safety and whether she will be able to attend court proceedings on the 6th of November.

The Man in questioned abandoned his children and wife and married other Senegalese wives whilst pouring unlimited resources into funding Rupiah Bandas campaigns and paying Zambian law enforcement officers to harass Zambians when he is a foreigner himself.

When he married his Zambia wife in the early nineties, he had literary nothing but went on to amass so much wealth during his stay with her. He later sent her to Senegal to help raise his five elderly children and run the real estate business for him.

When she became successful he then sent her to Canada to set up and run the five star hotels and other business for his empire.Then with no warning whatsoever, he left her and with her children.

She now fends for herself whist he continued to keep up appearance, evade emerald corporate taxes and eliminate business opponent’s whist expanding the parameters of grizzly mining.
