DEC Seize Motor Vehicle From Lusaka Lawyer
The vehicle, registration number ABX 8383, was seized after a search conducted at Mr Mosho’s residence situated along Kudu road in Kabulonga this morning.
DEC officers accompanied by a police officer conducted a search as family members were moved outside.
Mr Mosho was later taken to DEC offices for questioning.
And lawyer representing Mr Mosho, Kelvin Bwalya told Muvi TV News crew that rushed to the scene that DEC officers informed him that they were searching for illegal drugs and suspicious documents.
Mr. Bwalya has, however, charged that the move by DEC to invade the house of his client was contemptuous stating that there is an order to stay any investigation against his client.
