Now Barotse Agreement in New Twist ‘Activist Hire International Lawyers to Help Them Separate From Zambia’

Barotse Flood Plains

Barotse Flood Plains

The on-going intensive pressure on government to separate Western Province from Zambia has taken a new twist.
Zambia’s Justice Minister, Wynter Kabimba is now entangled in a verbal dispute with international lawyers Dugue and Kirtley and Syvana Sinha, representing the Barotse National Freedom Alliance, who have since challenged President Michael Sata to sign the Permanent Court of Arbitration Submission agreement.
According to correspondence from Mr. Kabimba, government is unable to respond to the issues that were raised by the lawyers because they did not give particulars identifying their clients.
He adds that it is difficult to identify whether or not to the petitioners constitute natural persons in view of Zambia being a unitary state under the current constitution.
But the international lawyers have replied to Kabimba’s letter saying Zambia should gather strength to the sign the Agreement if does not have anything to fear over Barotseland issue.

There are 38 tribes in Barotseland, and Lozi is NOT one of them! Lozi is only a linga franca, just like Nyanja in Eartern Province, Shona in Zimbabwe, and Swahili in East Africa.

Among the 38 tribes in Lyondo [Barotseland], the largest, in order of size, are Luyi, Kwangwa, Mbunda, Nkoya, Luvale …

      Kindly be guided, accordingly, Mbuya!

Prophecies, signs and wonders and all manner of divine intervention are the expectations of modern church goers who seek anointed pastors to fulfill such demands. The level of deceit, fraud and falsehood to bring continuous supply to these enormous demands is not just incredible but totally unbelievable. Fraudsters and criminals in operation as religious leaders.

Can someone please tell me the big reason why the lozi poeple want to govern themselves, coz this will bring a lot of problems to this nation. What do the lozi produce in their district that will satisfy them once they become a country coz copperbelt and north western is not going with them these two provinces are part of zambia

If there is nothing they produce and you think nothing good comes from there why worry???Let them go. A very simple example is like you keeping a dependent who is just consuming and contributing nothing to your home, when they ask you they want to go should you plead for them to stay?
Am of the idea that it’ll actually be a relief right?? So let the Barotse go, after all their language isn’t even similar to any Zedian language…let em go.

Those international lawyers are actually low-y-ass. Barotseland is not Western Province. Any normal leader will not respond to any stoopid claim that is truncated in nature. Tell chief Monze, Kalilele, Mwata Ishindi +++ that they are to answer to King Litunga, MUKAIPONONA BAAD!!

Borrow and Pay the lawyers and still loose the case. But the debt will not be Zambia’s.

Zambia is with Sata a clearly failed state. Only cowards or direct beneficiaries would love to see the status core persist. Looking at his antics at Labour Day celebrations, there is no doubt in my mind that Zambia is ruled by a “mental case”, I mean, if Sata is not mad in the head then close Chainama down and free all the patients there.
