Kaizer Zulu is usually associated with a number of dubious deals relating to State House, but I doubt this man conceive and birth most of these activities. My my point of view, truth be told, there is a bigger man behind the activities of Kaizer.

The Mukula issue is a bigger scandal than we have ever had it in President Lungu’s administration, because it involves various wings of Govt such as OP, ZNS, ZRA, Police, ZAFFICO among others who may come across the deal to make sure it remains a secret.

Why you call me names, as a paid or hired gun person by the PF and President Lungu I am here to tell you that yet again, I have trailed through irrefutable evidence on the MUkula and I am placing the responsibility on State House.

My reasons for coming up to such a conclusion are based on the current uncovered scam of transporting 21 trucks of Mukula to Chirundu.

However, I have been reliably informed that over 200 containers of Mukula logs have passed through Chirundu during the ban period. The cost of a container of Mukula weighing about 24 tonnes costs about $38,000 meaning we are talking of money worth more than $7.6 million.

On the 21 trucks currently marooned in Chilanga and ZNS Kafue, I was confirmed that, 10 trucks, intercepted by the PF cadres below to ZAFFICO and they have papers, meaning they are being exported as correctly reported by Defense PS Stardy Mwale and we should not have a problem with that.

Unfortunately, there are other 11 trucks which were being transported with the legally confiscated Mukula log by ZAFFICO, which State House or Kaizer Zulu must explain.

Kaizer has vehemently refused to be involved but I have revealed evidence that he was at the center of this deal. His vehicle is photographed at various points (see the pictures) including at the Toll Plaza through their CCTV which I monitored and I saw Kaizer in the vehicle with a lady in the car.

As the trucks were being transported, the PF cadres intercepted them and the news reached Kaizer who ordered the 11 trucks to stop just before, the Toll Plaza getting into Kafue.

The trucks had to wait for some time till Kaizer came on the scene in the company of Mr. Chipepo driving a Ford Ranger ALT 428 belonging to ZAFFICO where he is attached coming from OP.

Afterwards, the Trucks were ordered to go to ZNS Kafue where they were parked till now. The drivers of the trucks were taken to Faduku Lodge and they are still there this morning.

Last night these drivers were harassed after Kaizer Zulu head that, I had gotten pictorial and video evidence. Some OP went there and collected their phones to search for incriminating evidence, but it was too late because I have everything backed up on cloud, with password deposited to some Priest living in Egypt, just incase someone try to be funny.

The trucks with illegal Mukula have their container numbers rubbed off by the Chinese (see the pictures). This shows clearly that these this is a scam, because the container number is essential to be put on the truck manifest and Export papers.

The Mukula being exported by ZAFFICO is coming from Mporokoso while the one being transported by Kaizer is coming from Mumfumbwe and it is believed to be of a higher quality.

When I checked the logs,on New Year night (when some of you were celebrating), I could actually see that, the logs were fresh. Which means that, it was recently harvested.

I was informed that, a guy called JJ Banda is the one that runs around to organize the logs and hires transport for the movement. But this guy works hand in hand with a guy called Kondani who does the same job for ZAFFICO, in which case, him it is legal.

JJ Banda wanted to stand in Petauke on PF ticket but Dora carried the day.

Another guy mentioned is Lois Audrey Muyoba driving an Isuzu ALX 9150. It is alleged that, he is a friend to ZRA commissioner General Kingsley Chanda.

Other vehicles on the scene, were BAE 2105 (in the picture) belonging to FRA, AJE 36 belonging to OP and not in the RATSA system but was used to transport drivers from ZNS Kafue to the lodge.

A company called Cow Young is used to clear ZAFFICO Mukula Logs and a guy called Workwell, a PF cadre is in-charge.

My informers proved to me that, on several occasions, they tried to stop the scam by reporting to the OP Director Mr. Nevers Njovu but he did nothing. He basically ignored the situation.

The Minister and the PS also seemed helpless when they were informed of the situation. I have evidence of several text messages and phone calls to both the Minister Jean Kapata and the PS Kunda, being informed of the scam.

This issue certainly looks bigger than Kaizer because, the entire Govt is currently trying to rectify the whole thing to make it look legal. The statement for the Joint Committee and ZAFFICO are same of the attempts.

Today, they want to move the trucks, after coming up with documents for the 11 trucks hidden at ZNS Kafue, with drivers logged at Faduku.

I would like to bring it to President Lungu that, he better know that, many people are upset over what is happening, including the ZNS officers who are made to escort these vehicles with little or no allowance. This is why I was sneaked into ZNS to see the trucks at night.

The police are also not happy. From the way things look from my point of view, Jean Kapata and my Tasila, do not seem to be involved otherwise, if I can talk about Kaizer who is a close friend and very helpful, I would not spare them.
