Zambian DNA commends President Edgar Lungu for his directive to have food relief sent to all hunger –stricken areas hit by the streak of drought.

It’s gratifying to note that the Disaster Mitigation and Management Unit (DMMU) dispatched relief food to all areas, including where President Lungu got the least votes.

However, the Head of State’s good gesture demonstrates that he is a President for all Zambians who has a heart for everyone regardless of their political or religious affiliation.

We expect all Zambians to have confidence in President Lungu as he means well for the country and ignore all those who are trying to politicize the distribution of relief food to the needy.
