Mr. Nebojsa Spasic is working as the General Manager at Funeral Services Group (FSG) Zambia/Ideal Funeral Home. He is working in Zambia as the General Manager illegally because there are more than enough Zambians who are qualified to work as General Manager than him. Before then, he was working as a Carpenter at FSG Factory near Buseko Market, making coffins and Caskets. A lot of people were fired and lost jobs due to his unethical conducts.

Secondly, he is very harsh to employees, he uses abusive language towards employees and full of insults and vulgar language.

Additionally, Mr. Nebojsa intimidates and undermines all employees, and talks languages such as “Zambians are thieves and lazy”. He threatens to fire, demotes, harassements, discrimination and threatens to terminate employees contracts at any time over petty issues.

Besides that, he does not respect employee’s wellbeing; even if one has a funeral or sick to him it does not matter. He is brutal and treats work place as a battle field. He bullies everyone and thinks that Zambians are not educated.

Finally, the man is not qualified or capable to hold the position, because the behavior and his conducts clearly explains everything.
