POLICE in Lusaka have arrested and charged the leader of the deregistered NDC Chishimba Kambwili for Defamation of the President.
According to police sources, this is in connection with some remarks Kambwili recently made about a “dog from Chawama”.
Meanwhile, security is tight and heavy outside Central Police Station where Kambwili is detained and waiting to be bonded out.
