All Roads are this morning leading to the High Court as High Court Judge Sharon Newa makes a landmark ruling in the MMD leadership Impasse Case. This is in the matter in which MMD Acting National Secretary Ms. Winnie Zaloumis has taken Felix Mutati, Raphael Nakachinda, George Kangwa and Mwansa Mbulakulima to Court to find out who gave them authority to organise the MMD Convention of 2016. The matter which has lasted since 2016 has weakened the once vibrant ruling party. The Nation will keep it’s eyes on Judge Newa to find out if the Convention that saw Mutati elected as Party President legal, or illegal making his election null and void.
