No risk assessment and work permit. Some of the companies are not safety conscious. A worker is supposed to go through induction before doing a hot work. Anyway too bad

    Dear brother,
i have always commented and encouraged these people through live phoning on ZNBC on the program run by katwishi bwalya,But do not take safety comments seriously.I said, parastal mentality will kill us,we need to adopt private arrangement of managing health and safety, more so,the company doing very well on advocating for health and safety vision is zero is workers compensation and they are doing a commendable job. SAFETY NOT BY CHANCE BUT,BY CHOICE,.I GIVE THIS THEME TO ZESCO,ZAMTEL,AND OTHER IDC COMPANIES AS DECEMBER SAFETY THEME SO THAT WE MOVE TOGETHER.SORRY BROTHER FOR THE SAD MOMENT.
