Mwanza West Ward Patriotic Front (PF), Secretary in Monze Chileya Moonga has ditched the PF and joined the Opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) with immediate effect.

Mr Moonga explained that he has resigned from PF to UPND because of violence which is being perpetrated by PF cadres and because of the bad type of leadership.

Mr Moonga says he has worked with PF for some time and that now he sees no future in the ruling party anymore looking at how the same people who voted for PF are suffering as if there is no Government in place.

He adds that those who followed him are more than 10 and will come on open when the Member of Parliament Fred Chaatila holds a meeting at car-black.

Mr Moonga adds that he was a very strong Mwanza West ward PF member, but that time has come for him and his colleague to join the visionary party which will brighten the future of Zambians.
