Go Vote Early: Follow Instructions From PF Command Centre, Sata Tells Supporters
The Patriotic Front (PF) claims the government agencies including the Electoral Commission of Zambia are working in collusion with the MMD to rig elections on Tuesday urging people to go out to vote early, remain at polling booths and wait for instructions from Patriotic Front command centres on how to deal with any attempts to subvert the will of the people.
On a special Qfm radio special programme on Saturday night, PF president Michael Sata said the party has all the information on the plans to rig the Tuesday poll but adequate measures were in place to defeat the evil being coordinated by self-confessed vote rigger Vernon Mwaanga.
“We cannot tell you now. The issue is that people must go out early and then we shall tell them what to do. But I must warn all those wanting to rig the poll that they will have to prepare for the consequences of such acts,” Mr Sata said.
The PF has established itself with necessary vote monitoring mechanisms including parallel vote tabulation and so will know the actual result in good time and thus no one will fool them into accepting a rigged poll this time around.
“All (government) agencies including the ECZ are working as wings of the MMD but people must go out and vote early and follow what the party leadership will tell from time to time,” he said.

The right thing to do is to just go and vote. If there will any delay in announcing election results in areas like Western(???), Eastern, and Southern Provinces, then this will lead to suspision. As Zambians please let us do things right for the first time in 20 tears,

1.MMD,ECZ AND KABONDE HAVE RESOLVED TO USE VIOLENCE IF PEOPLE STAY AT POLLING STATIONs.
Rigging will be difficlt if people stay and sleep at polling stations.kabonde will use the
police to force the people out at plling stations that it’s illigal to be there.This will happen especially 2morrow.They want
to do
that in order to allow ECZ,OP,ZAF and other already bribed polling agents to rig elections.30 billion is out for the rigging
.Police will chess all people around the polling stations to facilitant rigging.The most targeted areas are northen parts of
Zambia(nakonde,Mbala,chilubi,Isoka,mpulungu,mbala,mporokoso and lunte).These place have some loop holes according to the
intelligence.Eastern the enite province is in danger seeing that da president comes from there.Even tribalism will be used
before voting to people casting votes.Some MMD officials will be planted near polling stations.Western is a also the
target.shangombo,kalabo,kaoma areas ,sesheke and mulobezi.The whole Southern should be also monitored.Things will be bad for
Sata in southern.UPND /MMD will do anything to give Sata lowest votes in all province.PF should send also people in southern
who are not corrupt.Northern western and central are all targets.

3.RB HAS TOLD INTELLIGENT OFFICERS AND ECZ THAT THEY SHOULD JUST DELIVER WIN FOR HIM.HE WON’T ACCEPT ANYTHING.

5.ECZ HAS MADE OTHER POLLING STATIONS WITH SAME CODE NUMBER OF REAL POLLING STATIONS.ALL CENTRES HAVE FAKE POLLING STATION NUMBER.THESE WILL BE USED WHEN ECZ SEE LOOP HOLES.

-PF SHOULD MONITORS ELECTIONS.PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE INTIMIDATED BY POLICE TO MOVE AWAY FROM POLLING STATIONS.
-SEND MORE MONITORS IN RURAL PARTS OF ZAAMBIA.NORTHWESTERN,LUAPULA,CENTRAL,SOUTHERN,EASTERN,WESTERN SHOULD BE MONITORED.BUT THE ALL PROVINCES SHOULD BE MONITORED
-PEOPLE SHOULD SLEEP AT POLLING STATIONS.
-PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE SCARED OF WHATEVER WILL BE HAPPENING.SEND ANOUGH PEOPLE TO MONITORS.

FORMER Patriotic Front (PF) Secretary General Edward Mumbi has strongly condemned PF leader Michael Sata for deliberately trying to ignore the Electoral Code of Conduct and inciting his cadres to cause confusion by staying at polling stations after voting.
Mr Mumbi also challenged international election observers to keep a close eye on Mr Sata whom he said had continued to act in a manner which can plunge the county into turmoil. “International observers, especially Southern African Development Community observer mission, should take note of these statements from Mr Sata, which are deliberately calculated to incite party cadres to take matters of safeguarding the electoral process in their own hands,” Mr Mumbi said He said international observers should also take special note of Mr Sata’s failure to denounce violence violence, when President Rupiah Banda has consistently spoken out against violence.
